About Tessa

Hi! My name is Tessa and I am looking for a senior care job in the Chesapeake Area. I have experience with assisting and elderly couple in their home with everyday tasks; getting breakfast ready, going to the grocery store, cleaning around the house, getting them to and from appointments, reading to them, the list goes on. I specifically enjoyed helping them learn technology that helped make their day a bit brighter or helped them stay in touch with loves ones. I would like to put an upfront disclaimer that I am not certified in anything, I do not help with going to the bathroom or bathing; I have not been taught how to do these things and never want to be in a position where I am not able to provide the best care possible. I like to think the best way to describe what I provide is an at home helper! I am happy to do everything from cooking meals and cleaning to reading their favorite book to them!
