Massachusetts-certified elementary teacher (Grades 1-6) with SEI endorsement and B. A. in Elementary Education and M. Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Boston College. I have 2 years of full-time teaching experience in Grades 5-6 across all subjects and 1 year as a mentor to college teacher candidates. I specialize in MCAS prep and standards-aligned instruction using data-driven tools such as IXL, STAR, and DIBELS to monitor growth and target skill gaps. I support students with ADHD, dyslexia, SLDs, IEPs/504s, and related needs, while also challenging high-achieving learners to extend their thinking. Experienced in building reading fluency and comprehension through structured literacy and consistent progress monitoring. I value strong family partnerships and culturally sustaining practices.
