Hello! I absolutely love helping students achieve that 'ah-ha!' moment when their hard work pays off and everything finally starts to click! I graduated high school in 2017 from the SC Governor's School for Science and Mathematics with a 4. 8 GPA. I started college as a math major at Oberlin College in Ohio. Following a hospital stay after my freshman year, I decided I wanted to work in healthcare and began pursuing my nursing degree at USC Upstate where I have a 4. 0 GPA. I have tutored professionally throughout college and was my school's 'Resource' tutor in high school. I do not believe that the 'one size fits all' standard in our school system actually serves the majority of the population, leaving many to straggle behind. I always strive to truly get on my tutee's level to understand the way their mind works so I can tailor my teaching methods to their specific learning style.
