I have 15 years of teaching experience and over 10 years of childcare experience through individual families, summer camps, and the Boys & Girls Club. In addition to my full time teaching position at Sage Hill, I'd like to provide a local with reliable and enriching childcare. I have a graduate degree and am Certified Teacher. I work weekdays M-F from 8am-3 p.m. I'm patient, calm, creative, and imaginative. I enjoy playing outdoor sports & board games, and as a teacher, I'm very resourceful. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. I offer verbal updates at pickup, and I'm happy to text or call. I'm comfortable with up to three children and I'm also willing to help with meal preparation, cooking, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. Teryn is an amazing babysitter! She comes with a teaching background and was so active and sports oriented with my son when she took care of him. He loved every minute spent with her. She’s very imaginative with how she interacts and was always so reliable and communicative. I highly recommend her! She’s a true gem of a babysitter.
