About Terry

Terry provided caregiver services to my husband for almost a year, until his recent passing. She is the most caring person I could have found, and she communicates important information immediately and with utmost concern for my husband’s health and welfare. I had used the services of two other caregivers from care.com, who were very cold and impersonal, and one of them told me I would never find anyone willing to care for him, that all the caregivers talk to each other. I was ready to give up and just take care of him by myself. But I decided to try one more time, and Terry was truly a prayer answered. My husband suffered from dementia, but he was not overly difficult or aggressive in any way. Terry actually found him very interesting and enjoyed his love for music. She became a dear friend not only to my husband but to me and my entire family. She arrived at the hospital to meet me there when he was taken in for heart failure, but unfortunately he had already passed. She spent the rest of the evening there with me as we met with the hospital chaplain, and supported me through this very difficult time. She also drove two hours each way to attend his funeral last week. I can’t say enough about the genuinely kind care she provided to my husband. I do hope Terry is able to find another person in need of adult caregiver services who she can continue her amazing services with.
