I have many years of experience in caregiving, expertise in dementia care also including home care, facility care, and Hospice. I also hold an End-of-Life Doula Certificate and a Health & Wellness Coaching Certificate with a focus on the elderly.

I am passionate about what I do and genuinely love spending time with the people I care for whether that's doing activities together, sharing conversation, or simply being a steady and caring presence. I also provide light housekeeping and more to help keep things comfortable and running smoothly.

I am Head of Housekeeping at Parker Ridge Retirement Home in Blue Hill, ME.  I met Terry years ago. My first experience in observing the way she took care of this gentleman who had health issues.  

I have never seen anyone like Terry put 100 percent in taking care of this gentleman. She always encourage him to try his best.  I saw others that didn't do that.  I believe this gentleman lived years longer because of her.

My most recent experience with her was that she was taking care of a very special woman whom I also cleaned for once a week.  Terry did everything to make this woman comfortable.  She also came up with games to play with her.  Terry always puts her all into every one she takes care of.  I could not believe how much she did for these residents she took care of.  

She would always make their environments very safe.  It has been a joy in my life to have met her. We are still great friends today even though we don't get to see each other.

I enjoyed the activities that Terry does with clients.   They cook, go for walks and do crafts or games.
