She was great until she quit without any notice. How hard is it to give proper notice? It's not easy finding childcare. It's a major headache trying to find proper care. I don't have any bad thing to say about her other then quitting without any notice. My family was nice to her. Don't understand why she did this. Beware when hiring her.
