About Terron

I am a registered behavior technician and work with children on the autism spectrum. I have extensive experience working with children across the developmental spectrum, from the curious toddler stage (age 2) to the more independent preteen years (age 12). I'd describe my personality as cheerful, composed and funny! I like working with kids because kids are authentically themselves! They are so pure, innocent and curious about the world in a way we adults sometimes forget. Working with kids brings out my inner child and reminds me to have fun! Some of my skills include creative and engaging play skills, behavioral management and conflict resolution, patience, & providing tools/skills to aid in emotional regulation.
