We booked Tierra to babysit our kids so we could go to an event. This was scheduled over 4 days in advance. She did not respond promptly to my messages trying to set up a time to talk before the job. Ultimately we were able to connect the day before she was supposed to babysit and we reviewed the time, place, and details of care. The morning she was supposed to babysit for us she canceled 30 minutes before through the app with no explanation. She did not even have the courtesy to reach out to me via text or call even though she had my number from our conversation the day before. We only found out she canceled at the time she was supposed to arrive. No other babysitters were available at that short of notice and we almost had to cancel our event. In my dealings with her, she was difficult to reach and inconsiderate.
