My previous experiences have solidified my commitment to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, while also providing peace of mind for their families. I strive to be compassionate, approachable, and a faithful caregiver. I prioritize listening with respect to build strong connections with those I care for. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I am also a licensed driver, trained, and certified as a NEMT and paratransit specialist. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. I also hold certifications in CPR and First Aid. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. With my high school degree and a year of experience, I am ready to provide you with reliable care.
