About Terri

I highly recommend Terri for caregiver services. She is very knowledgeable because of her caregiver experience. She is very dependable, professional, and kind. She also communicates extremely well. Mom was reluctant to have a caregiver because she had been so independent, but I could see that she was relaxed and comfortable with Terri. Mom was able to continue her walks, occasional drives, and have visitors. I was very confident while at work that mom was getting the best of care and I could focus without any worry. I knew how mom did during the day when I got home and then I cared for her until the next morning. Communication is very important and though we also talked, Terri and I wrote down any changes or shifts in mom’s appetite, energy levels, changes in medication, and her attitude. This was incredibly important to me for continuity in mom’s care. I could consistently count on Terri. She was helpful to my brother or sister who occasionally covered for me. Though I had given my siblings the rundown of how things were going, Terri reinforced following the notebook with updated information they could find. My siblings appreciated this guidance and were also impressed by Terri abilities and capabilities as mom continued to decline over time. I honestly can’t thank Terri enough for her expertise and care for my mom. I highly recommend Terri for caregiving positions.
