Having to put your trust in a Caregivers hands can be overwhelming after looking for just the right candidate. I have many years of experience (40 years, I can assure you that I will take very good care of your loved one at all times. The families I've worked for have grown to love me as family and I them. It has been a wonderful experience not only for me but for the loved ones I care for and including their families. I'm very punctual, and normally be the first to say yes to filling In when someone calls off. I'm very easy to talk to, and will answer all your questions in good faith. I do have references which are 5 star. I look forward to meeting you and your loved one. I've worked with Dementia patients for 15 years and do understand the illness. It does take someone with patience and a warm heart to give what the illness needs. I also have extensive work with Diabetes and understand there food needs. I have 20 years experience with Diabetes. Terri started helping us care for my precious then 82-year-old Dad approximately 18 months ago when his health started declining and she was a Godsend. She did everything from cooking him meals that met his diabetic needs, taking him to doctor's appointments, getting his groceries, making sure he took his medications, light house cleaning, laundry, taking care of his cat, etc. But most importantly, Terri truly loved my Dad and it wasn't long before she was not only taking care of his physical and medical needs but his emotional needs as well. She became a friend, a confidant, and he grew to love her and care deeply about her and her family. Dad just passed away a week ago, leaving Terri without a job, but most importantly, without someone she truly cared about. I would love nothing more than to not only help Terri find someone else to care for, but to help someone find her and the love and joy she can bring to an elderly loved one.
