About Terri

Terri seemed like a good match for our first nanny for our two month old baby boy. She did okay the first two days and was learning his ways pretty good. After the first two days of work, she called in sick for a whole week notifying us the day before leaving us hanging high and dry. We have cameras in our home (she was notified they were there) and i would check in every now and then while i was at work. We had a policy that stated, "please refrain from excessive phone use while baby is awake". She did not abide by this simple rule. She watched TV and was on her phone all day while doing the bare minumum. We requested that she only put him down for one nap a day in his crib but she would put him in his crib all day long, just getting him out to feed him and change him. We requested that he be talked to and put on tummy time in his wake windows. We asked for her only to do two small chores. The daily chore was washing his bottles. She did not wash his bottles at all one day leaving us with all of his bottles dirty after we came home from work. Her excuse was " i didnt realize you wanted them washed everyday". The next chore was that i asked her one time to do his laundry. I even put them all in a pile for her and all she did was wash and dry them, and leave them in the dryer. In my overall opinion of Terri, I think she is a decent babysitter but she is not a good nanny. Not worth what we paid her.
