Terri exceeded every expectation I had when finding a nanny for my newborn August 2021. Upon our first meeting, I knew Terri was special. Her nurturing and kind demeanor was exactly what I was looking for. On her first day she came with her own notebook to keep a daily log of V.'s feeding and activity schedule. That's when I knew we were a perfect match. Terri was always on time, willing to be flexible, and most importantly, loved my daughter well. Unfortunately, my daughter was diagnosed with a serious medical condition. With an uncertain future including months in the hospital, we had no choice but to let Terri find other employment during that time. Otherwise, we would have never let our Terri Poppins go.
