I like working with kids because they're full of energy, curiosity, and potential. Being a part of their growth, helping them learn, feel safe, and have fun is incredibly rewarding to me. I'm looking for a job that where I can make a positive impact, build meaningful relationships with the children and their family, and feel trusted in a role that allows me to help kids grow, learn, and feel cared for. I value clear communication, a safe environment, and a family that appreciates dedication and kindness. I started working with kids around 5-6 years ago by helping care for my younger siblings, cousins, and family friends' children. I've also volunteered in the children's ministry at my church and worked for a private babysitting company, which gave me even more experience with different age groups. I truly enjoy creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel supported.
