About Terra

I am an experienced instructional aide with four years of supporting classroom instruction in English Language Arts (ELA), math, and reading. In my role, I work closely with teachers to reinforce lesson objectives, provide targeted academic support, and help students build foundational skills. I regularly lead small-group instruction and provide one-on-one tutoring to address individual learning needs, improve comprehension, and support student progress. My experience has strengthened my ability to differentiate instruction, manage diverse learning styles, and foster a supportive learning environment.
