About Terra

Mrs. T was my son’s tutor for well over one year and if I hadn’t moved away from the area we would have continued working with her. I can’t begin to say how grateful I am for having met her. She came into our lives at a very interesting time when my son begin to experience difficulties in the public school setting. Her prior educational and caring experience with children with different abilities really showed as she helped my son improve both academically and from a behavioral perspective. Her individualized approach to educating was key to my son’s academic growth and development. She is very patient, kind and compassionate which are all very important when working with children, especially those with special needs. In addition to ensuring that my son had the skills needed to learn and thrive in each subject area, she would also meet with me to ensure that I had the skills needed to continue to build on any skills my son learned during their sessions. Aside from being amazing at her job, I can appreciate the fact that she continues to take interest in my son and his productivity even though we’ve moved. I truly believe that she is “God sent” and any family that chooses to work with her will truly be blessed.
