About Terralynn

Hi there! My name's Terra. I'm an artist and art educator based in Ridgewood, Queens. For the past 4 years, I've worked for the DYCD as art instructor, teaching in public schools across the city. Previously, I worked as a nanny for a family in Brooklyn, with whom I am still very close. I've been babysitting regularly since high school and currently babysit for two families in the city, having worked with both those families for over 3 years now. I'm CPR/first aid certified by the American Red Cross, fully vaccinated, and have successfully undergone a background check by the Department of Education. I have taken courses in childhood development and thoroughly understand the importance of creating an upbeat, empathic, and playful environment of which every child can thrive in and deserves.
