My name is Terrah C For the past 32 years I have devoted my entire career to enriching the hearts and minds of little ones. After obtaining my degree in Early Childhood Education I stayed with the Renton Technical College Childcare Center for 23 years. When the college closed I moved to Green Bay to be with family there I worked as a lead toddler teacher as well as an assistant night manager in a child care center for 7 years. Once Covid hit I decided it was time to move back home to Washington State where I found an amazing job working as a nanny for three amazing little ones all under the age of 3, until I was no longer needed as the parents decided to divorce. I love to be with toddlers and babies, and comfortable working with children of all ages as well as up to three or more children at a time.

We feel so lucky to have had Terrah in our lives. She didn’t just watch our 3-year-old son—she helped him learn, grow, and thrive. She consistently showed up prepared, almost never empty-handed. Whether it was books, educational toys, crafts, or games, she always brought something new to engage his curious mind. She respected his routine, cooked for him, and made sure all his needs were met with care and attention. What stood out most was her incredible patience. Like many toddlers, my son could be strong-willed at times, but she always responded with calm redirection, compassion, and warmth. Terrah helped him learn new songs, his ABC’s, and how to count. She made every day an opportunity to learn and play. After going through several nannies, finding her felt like a true blessing. We only had to part ways due to a change in my work schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any family looking for not just a caregiver, but a true early childhood guide.
