Hello! I'm a former director of a childcare facility. Also owned and operated a licensed in home daycare for over a decade. Assistant to a lead preschool teacher, and nannied for several families. Traveling night nurse nanny for newborns as well. I've cared for children of all ages and stages from newborns to pre- Kindergarten. I teach the basic skills such as colors, shapes, letter and number recognition etc.. I'm a non smoker, CPR certified with first aid training. I have references upon request. I also enjoy baking, cooking, reading and arts and crafts with the little ones. I am punctual, patient, and trustworthy. As a first time parent, I was very nervous about having to return back to work and have someone else care for my baby but all of my worries were eased the moment I met Teri. You can easily tell she has so much experience and joy caring for children by the way she interacts with your baby. Teri helped create a routine and structure for our baby and also did a lot of developmental activities by encouraging lots of tummy time, reading out loud, and singing. She has given us so many good tips while we are also learning how to be parents for the first time. Teri cared for my baby boy as if he were her own, making sure to send lots of pictures and videos of him so I never feel like I’m missing out on his day. He absolutely lights up whenever she comes in the morning and it calms me so much to know he is so happy in her care. On top of that, she is so friendly and professional. I have never had to worry about Teri showing up late or not following the guidance we gave her for our baby. Teri is seriously the best! We can’t say enough good things about her and will miss her so so much. Any family would be extremely lucky to have her caring for their little loved ones.
