I hold a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Public Health. My primary subject matter with tutoring includes math and science, starting with elementary math through algebra, calculus and differential equations. My experience with the sciences includes but is not limited to biology, chemistry, and biochemistry. As a proficient Spanish communicator and TEFL certified teacher, I also have experience working with ESL students specializing in grammar and conversational speaking. I recognize that patience and creativity are key qualities necessary for an efficient tutor to create the best outcomes with students. During this time I have continued tutoring virtually to ensure that my students continue on successful paths in the midst of crisis.

There aren't enough good things I could say about Terinney. She's so upbeat and positive which is a breath of fresh air for my family and child when it comes to learning experiences. Not only has she been consistent with her lessons, she is so patient and has shown my child how to work through frustration and not give up when something is tricky. I've seen such an improvement in the areas I asked her to focus on with my child. She is truly an wonderful person and teacher.
