Terese is the picture of professionalism. She has excellent rapport with my kiddo and he absolutely loves spending time with her. At the end of the day, he's ready for bed, because she keeps him engaged and active and learning throughout the day. Even within a single day, I've seen marked improvement in some of his skills. With a background in early childhood education and previous nanny work, her skills really shine. She makes a point to discuss what's happened since she's been gone, what you as the parent expect for her during the day, and how her day went with the kiddo before she leaves, and has many resources for keeping them active and growing daily.
