Families value my reliability, discretion and the peace of mind I provide. I maintain my HHA (Home HeaIthcare Aide) certification through the State of Indiana and stay current with CPR, 1st aid, training and vaccinations. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's, stroke recovery, therapy assistance, Parkinson's, cancer, hospice, etc. I manage situations with calm leadership, communicate clearly with families and help prevent crises. A goal is to provide dignified care while honoring the household's privacy and personal rituals. I keep focued on family needs so they may step out of being dutiful and more into meaningful time together. I am pursuing my End-Of-Life Doula training. Outside of work, I enjoy birdwatching, traveling, hiking, gardening & volunteering. A professional background check is available upon request.
