About Teresa

Despite having limited experience with the geriatric population, I was a teacher and school psychologist for 31 years. Also, I took frequent care of both grandparents while they were in their 90's. Both were blind, deaf, and had dementia . As a school psychologist, I was navigated the Departments of Senior and Health Services, Social Security, and Family Services. While I am quite talkative, I am more of a listener. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know others and listening to their stories. I will ask many questions as I am genuinely interested in what people have to share. I am patient but also understand some people need boundaries in order to complete tasks. Friends would describe me as kind, curious, and respectful. Professionals would describe me as diplomatic, hard-working, organized, and responsible.
