About Teresa

Hello! My name is Teresa, and I am a caring, reliable, and detail-oriented person who enjoys helping others in their daily lives. I speak Spanish fluently and I am currently learning English. Families describe me as kind, trustworthy, and organized. I can provide support with errands such as grocery shopping, laundry drop-off/pick-up, returns, waiting for deliveries, and gift shopping/wrapping. I also enjoy helping at home with tasks like watering plants, feeding pets, bringing in mail, taking out trash, and light house sitting during the day. In addition, I am very interested in caregiving. While I do not yet have formal experience with seniors, I am learning about Alzheimer's and dementia care and I am motivated to provide compassionate companionship, daily support, and safe assistance when needed. My goal is to make life easier, whether by taking care of everyday errands or providing warm and respectful care at home.
