Hello, my name is Teresa. I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with hands-on experience supporting seniors with daily needs. I currently care for an 81-year-old patient with Parkinson's, which has given me strong experience in patience, safety awareness, and attentive care. I assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and companionship. I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment where seniors feel valued and cared for. I am reliable, patient, and truly enjoy helping others. I take pride in building trust with both clients and families. I am looking for a role where I can make a meaningful difference while providing safe and supportive care. I started professional caregiving in May 2023, but I have always helped care for my family as well. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my kids and family.
