We were incredibly lucky to have Teresa as part of our family for almost five years, starting when our kids were just 6 months, 2 years, and 8 years old. She has been nothing short of a godsend—an amazing person with strong values, a warm and friendly personality, who values professionalism. She was always on time, dependable, and took initiative in planning age-appropriate activities, engaging the kids with creative arts and crafts, helping with homework, and taking them to activities. She became like family to us. We only parted ways because of relocation and as the kids grew older, but she remains a lifelong friend—and we stay in touch. It will be a blessing for any family to have her as a nanny; I truly don’t know how I would have managed those years without her.
