Over the years I have been monitoring the behavior of children, specifically when they are out of control making tantrums or pleading for their belongings or because they do not want to share a toy. I an also interested in learning good manners like say thank you, please, excuse me, etc. Also be respectful and obedient. I believe in discipline with love always ask questions when a problem arises if parents are agree I like to organize and teach them to clean up their belongings. Very important to me keep the kids safe out of any risk. I am very good if they are sick; watch them, medicine on time or check temperature with the thermometer or driving to the doctor in case of any emergency and everything I do is with patience and love,

I have known Teresa for 15 years. She started working for us after I had my 2nd baby, and she went on to help me raise all 4 of my children. My first 3 children were born over 3 years, so there was a lot for her to handle! Initially, Teresa worked with us full-time, 5 days per week from about 7am-8pm. She is everything we could have hoped for in a nanny. She is dependable, calm, caring, and warmhearted. She brings a sense of peace with her wherever she goes. She is stern when she needs to be. She is a marvelous cook and is amazing at helping children settle down to get to sleep. My children have grown to love her as part of our family. Now that my children are older, we no longer have her full-time, but she continues to be a very big part of our lives and we couldn't imagine it any other way.
