About Teresa

I am a skilled home health professional that has over 20 years of being am in-home care provider for aging seniors and I also clean houses on the side. Covering all the bases from assisting seniors with everyday independent living to hospice care. My services are not limited, I help families with organization, innovative care practices, meal prep, med management, hygiene care, companionship, etc. A little back ground how I came to be a caregiver. It all started with my grandmother at a young age. She was also a caregiver and had a son with cerebral palsy that she cared for at home. Later she was diagnosed with Parkinson disease and developed dementia. Our family went the nursing home route first and then decided we could care for her better and cheaper at home. After she passed, I dedicated myself to helping seniors and turned it into a business for myself.
