Making a positive impact on people's lives is what drives me. For the past 13 years, I've had the privilege of working with adults and seniors, in the hospital , Rehab Center and clients home and I'm eager to continue providing reliable support to families. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with First Aid Training and CPR Training and Rehabititation &Occupational Aide , I offer respite care, personal care, mobility assistance, and more. I also assist with errands, transportation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. My approach is patient, friendly, and professional. I prioritize respecting independence and following each family's preferred communication style.
