Professionally and personally experienced dementia care RN seeking to deliver the quality of care your loved one deserves in the place they call home. I like caring for seniors because they have incredible stories to share and can be our most valued teachers. I'm looking for a job that offers the opportunity to provide the highest quality of care possible when family is unable to be there themselves. I started caring for seniors at a very young age when my grandmother was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Later, when my mother suffered Lewy Body dementia. Professionally I have cared for the geriatric population throughout my 12 years career in healthcare. I have personal and professional experience with traumatic brain injury patients too. In my spare time I like to play disc golf, play at the dog park with my dogs, and pick through clearance racks at Macy's. I have walked a mile in your shoes and you can expect a compassionate, professional relationship between us.
