About Teresa

Throughout my life cared & helped raise more then 70 children. Plus raised my own family. The joy of children lead me to get an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked as an assistant preschool teacher in a private preschool, Village Children's House, & as a Teacher's Assistant at Mt Shasta Elementary & Sisson Middle school. Dues to Covid, the preschool I worked at closed permanently & with remote learning, I found myself out of work. As an assistant preschool teacher & Teacher's assistant I worked with a wide age range of of children. From 18 moths to 13 years old. I assistant with helping students understand assignments & teaching developmental appropriate projects. Assisted & observed children as they arrive & leave school, during class, meals & snacks, rest & recess periods. Assisted with personal hygiene & putting away or gathering their belongings. Performed light housekeeping tasks & sanitizing items used throughout the day.
