About Teresa

I like working with kids because I enjoy their pure spirit. I taught nutrition in a highschool. I have homeschool educated my children, in a co-op setting, from ages 6-12. Children are eager to learn and often remind us of the joy that comes from discovering something for the first time. I'm looking for a job that allows me to support children in a safe, positive, and enriching environment. My first job out of college was teaching to all age ranges in highschool. In my spare time, I like to teach nutrition and coach clients to relieve fascial tension, reduce stress in their lives, and reclaim their health. I have an athletic dog that runs with me 2x daily I've worked with children of all ages. I've had the best time participating in the homeschool co-op and teaching the community's children. I am extremely devoted to health, nutrition, and exercise. My skills include instilling healthy habits, maintaining discipline, and patience with positive guidance.
