With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I bring both skill and heart to senior care. My college education complements my hands-on expertise. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, prepare meals, and perform light housekeeping. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Building a connection means understanding your loved one's preferences and history.
