About Teresa

Making a difference in people's lives is my passion. With three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I bring compassion and a calm demeanor to my role as a senior care provider. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, assist with mobility, and offer light housekeeping. I also assist with medical management. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I communicate with families through written reports, regular updates, and by following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
