With 10 years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting well-being and independence. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I build connections by understanding individual preferences and life stories. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and managing confusion or agitation. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, always following their preferred method. CPR and First Aid Training are current.
