About Teresa

Bringing joy and comfort to seniors is my calling. For the past 26 years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. I understand the importance of respecting independence while offering support with daily living tasks, including transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate regularly with families through written reports, verbal updates, and texts. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's life is why I love what I do.
