I assisted seniors, mainly women, in their homes and Senior Citizen Housing Centers for the 15 years . I took care of their primary needs such as preparing homemade food, control medicine intake, happy conversations and helped to keep them in good spirits. I changed bed sheets and personal clothing and diapers. Washing and hygiene is very important to me, so I make sure seniors get the same treatment. I make sure they live their lives with the best care I can give and make every day count. But these are just the basics. There are always adjustments to every person's situation at which I am very good at. I do have very good references if you need to see.

Teresa was such a blessing for our family. My brothers and I were given total peace of mind knowing Teresa was with our mom during the day. Teresa was punctual, dependable, and extremely helpful.
