My passion lies in supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence, and I'm motivated to make a positive impact on their lives. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates during visits, and regular text or phone call updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with a care recipient. I adapt to changing routines or unexpected challenges. I de-escalate stressful situations and redirect attention when needed. I handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I have some college experience. I provide respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I also have CPR and First Aid certifications.
