About Teresa

I'd describe my personality as creative, communicative, and proactive. In my spare time, I host a Spanish language literature podcast and take my kids to explore the outdoors. One thing you should know about me is I love languages and, if you choose to learn Spanish, English or Portuguese with me, I'll only use your native language if ab-so-lute-ly necessary. That means I'll say, write, act, show, portray, do charades before I say a word in it. My skills include teaching in a way that works for the student's particular needs, designing engaging sessions that are more than me standing in front of a whiteboard, and including culturally relevant content that's up-to-date and tailored to the student's age and interests.
