I strive to be compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented in my approach. I understand the importance of building a strong connection with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow their preferred method. I have some college experience, and I am CPR and First Aid trained. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
