Tesa is hands on the best babysitter we have had. From the interview process , up until today. Tesa has been a source of knowledge and peace. Tesa is punctual, honest and is great at keeping clear, direct communication with you. She is structured and very engaged with our daughter. We have been working together since AUGUST 2022, on the Fridays, on weekend date-nights and occasionally when our daughter is sick. Tesa has become part of our family and support system. Our daughter misses her when she isn't here, and even makes up stories about "Tesa" coming to visit. Tesa has many certifications on child education, speaks Spanish to our daughter, and keeps her engaged and active. There is no screen time for her, and she has even offered advice to us (new parents) on potty training. Tesa checks in, over texts or phone calls, in between her nanny sessions with us, to see how our daughter is doing. I hope our growing family can continue to receive the support that Tesa brings to us.
