Theresa is a reliable, compassionate, and capable home health aide. We contacted her when we needed to temporarily cover, on short notice, for the absence of my mother--law live-in home health aide. Theresa came the day before we needed her just to introduce herself and confirm that she would be able to arrive, on time, the following morning. She exercised with my mother-in-law each day, prepared her food, and demonstrated exceptional communication skills. Most importantly, she showed a genuine interest in my mother-in-law and made her feel comfortable throughout the time she was with her. We would highly recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a capable, competent, and compassionate home health aide.
