About Tereia

With more than a decade of experience supporting seniors and adults in private homes, and nursing facilities. I provide compassionate, personalized care focused on dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life. I have prior CNA and HHA experience and am CPR and First Aid trained. I assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, errands, appointments, and companionship. I also have experience with dementia, cognitive changes, and behavioral needs. My approach is calm, patient, observant, and dependable. I value privacy, clear communication, and building genuine connections while helping each client maintain as much independence as safely possible.
