Tera was an absolute Godsend in terms of infant care and house duties. But what was the only disappointment was the false sense of care as she consistently had issues coming back after a vacation she had taken, and in the end, no call no showed literally day after telling us she was excited to come back. Conveniently after a vacation. We are BIG on transparency and communication. We were never notified and had to assume she wasn't coming back. We have her around a month to notify us before pursuing other options, which is more generous then most would offer.
