About Teona

Hello, my name is Teo and I'm 36. Originally I come from Tbilisi, Georgia but I've been working as a caregiver in the US for over 3 years now. I've taken care of elderly people with different needs. I believe I've a gift for elder care. Understanding seniors' physical, emotional and social needs comes naturally to me. I strive to create a safe and warm environment for every individual I take care of. My caregiving skills include: • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting • Helping with mobility, walking, and light physical exercises • Preparing healthy, home-cooked meals • Running errands and grocery shopping, driving to appointments or social outings • Medication reminders and daily monitoring • Providing companionship and emotional support • Engaging clients in hobbies, games, music, walks, reading, and conversation I've worked for two families in the past three years and both of them would gladly speak to my dependability, dedication and compassion.
