Tenzin was amazing with our kids, who are high energy, defiant, and contrary. She was patient with them, knew when to take a no-nonsense approach, and knew house to wind them down fire bath and bed time. Tenzin was always punctual, flexible with her schedule, and almost never cancelled (only a couple rare times when it was really necessary).
