I have several years of hands-on caregiving experience, including private and live-in care for older adults. I'm naturally patient, attentive, and compassionate, and I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity-not spoken to or treated like a child. I have experience supporting individuals with dementia, confusion, anxiety, and changing moods. I'm calm during difficult moments and know how to redirect gently without making someone feel controlled. I can assist with personal care, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and companionship. I pay attention to the little things that help someone feel comfortable, respected, and safe. I also communicate openly with families and provide honest updates about their loved one's care. My goal is to be someone both the client and their family can genuinely trust.
