I enjoy engaging seniors in meaningful conversations, activities, and light exercises that promote well-being and happiness. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current CPR training and a college graduate, bringing both knowledge and a caring approach to my work. I can assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and I'm comfortable providing companionship to ensure seniors feel valued and supported.
