I can assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility and transfers, feeding, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Tenzin was incredibly patient with a very difficult 95-year old lady (who feared change of any kind) while the senior was being moved to a new care facility in a new city. Tenzin accompanied the elder from a hotel to the new facility because her loved ones could not. (Long story.) The elder was belligerent, understandably so, but she wasn’t even easy for loved ones to deal with! In that context, Tenzin handled the situation beautifully and kept us updated by text as events transpired. I told her that all other patients will be easy after ours!
