Tenzin was my son's caregiver from age 3.5 months to almost three years. She became a beloved part of our family, and left us for a wonderful reason - to have her daughter. Tenzin gave me the confidence and peace of mind as a nervous first-time mom to get back to work knowing that my son was 100%safe and loved in her care. She updated me frequently and sent photos, which was wonderful. As my son grew, she took him to classes, museums, playdates and parks, read to him and taught him words and numbers. Tenzin was always on time if not early, and went above and beyond her duties. Parents who say them together regularly commented on how wonderful she was. As my son grew into a rambunctious toddler, Tenzin played soccer with him, chased him around on his scooter, and kept up with him beautifully. Tenzin followed my lead, but also had wonderful suggestions based on her own experience. I cannot recommend her highly enough, any family would be beyond lucky to have her work with them.
